Q Are these charms compatible with other Italian Charm Link bracelets?
A Yes, our charms can attach to all of the other Italian charm brands. You could create a charm bracelet with charms from many different manufacturers.
Q Why are charm bracelets stainless steel instead of sterling silver?
A Sterling Silver is a softer metal and does not hold up as well as stainless steel.
Q Do stainless steel links tarnish or discolor?
A No, they are made of the highest quality stainless steel.  You may wear your bracelet everyday and never worry about tarnishing or rusting.  As with any piece of fine jewelry, it is not recommended that you shower or bathe with them on.  A jeweler’s cloth is all that is needed to shine them right up again. Q How do I know how many links to include on my bracelet to fit on my wrist?
A All our starter charm link bracelets come with 19 links which fit most women's wrists. In order for the bracelet to fit your wrist, you will need to refer to the chart listed below.  First, measure around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to fit.  It can fit loosely or more fitted depending on your preference.

Adult Sizes:

Petite 16 links, approximately 6 1/4 inches in length.
Small 17 links, approximately 6 1/2 inches in length.
Medium 18 links, approximately 7 inches in length.
Large 19 links, approximately 7 1/4 inches in length.
Extra Large 20 links, approximately 7 3/4 inches in length.
Long 21 links, approximately 8 inches in length.

Children's Sizes:

Toddler 13 links, approximately 5 inches in length.
Child 14 links, approximately 5 1/4 inches in length.
Youth 15 links, approximately 5 3/4 inches in length.

 What Order Options are Available?

 Online via Credit/Debit Card (PayPal): PayPal is a credit card clearinghouse for online payments. They accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and standard debit accounts. NOTE: At checkout, Step 3 will take you to the PayPal online credit card gateway. If this is the first time you have used a PayPal enabled e-commerce website, click the "SIGNUP" button. The next page is where you will enter your credit card information to complete your order. When finished you will return to our site. This option uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know. For more help click PayPal. This is a Free service for customers.

 How are your charms constructed (soldered or glued)?

A

 Our charms are soldered.  The soldered construction is much more durable and longer-lasting than charms that are glued.
Q Will new charm designs be available in the future?
A Yes! New charm designs are available almost every month.  Check back often or contact us to join our mailing list.
Q Is Medic Alert available for Charm Link bracelets?
A We often are asked this question.  We have not yet located a Medic Alert link fitted for charm bracelets.  Let us know if you are aware of such a link!
Q What is your return policy?
A We will gladly exchange defective charms (for the same charm) if notified within seven days of receipt.
Q Can men and boys wear the charm jewelry?
A Yes! Charm jewelry is unisex.
Q Can I wear the charm jewelry on my ankles?
A Yes, charm link jewelry is not just for wrists anymore!  You may need additional blank links or charms for your ankles.
